    • "App" refers to the Short Samachar mobile platform, downloadable from Google Play or the App Store, owned by Us, including any updates.
    • "App Store" refers to the service provided by Apple Inc. and/or its affiliates, through which You may download the App.
    • "Google Play" refers to the service provided by Google LLC, through which You may download the App.
    • "Sponsored Content" means content that supports a third party’s brand, identifiable by distinct markings such as "Ad," "Sponsored," etc.
    • "User" refers to any person who accepts this Agreement by using the App or website.
  • Interpretation: References to the singular include the plural and vice versa; references to one gender include all genders. Headings are for convenience only.

B. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT

  • You accept this Agreement by downloading/using the App or accessing content on our website.
  • You can accept only if:
    • You are of legal age and sound mind or represent a legal entity with all necessary authorizations; and
    • You are not barred under applicable laws from using the App.

E. USER OBLIGATIONS

    • You must not misuse the App or website. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to hacking, transmitting malware, unauthorized copying or sharing of content, and creating accounts under false pretenses
